NBC Today Show's Al Roaker Plugs PowerBooks

Friday morning's NBC Today Show occasionally has a segment called the Gadget Guru. This morning 10/11/96 segment was show casing notebook computers. The segment had Al Roaker together with the Gadget Guru showing currently available notebook offerings from leading manufacturers. During the entire segment Al Roaker continuously plugged the Apple PowerBook as the notebook computer of his choice and that it is also the notebook computer he uses.

The Gadget Guru did finally get to a Duo in a Duo Dock, he did praise the Duo for it's ability to be used both alone and as a desktop unit when inserted into the dock.
